Yeah, it kind of scared me when I first saw that picture because I thought it could be prophetic-- like when someone looks at a picture like that after a divorce and goes-- see, you could tell I wasn't happy, even on my wedding day.
But, thankfully, it turned out to be just something laugh about later.
fantastic photo, tom. perhaps i will be as blessed someday to stand in a similar pose with a best friend i have yet to meet :) very special, you two. hope it's a wonderful celebration!
Thanks for all the well wishing. C and I had our favorite Thai food for lunch, then our favorite dessert and espresso while doing our favorite thing-- browsing at a book store.
Yay!
And Doug, I think you are referring to the fact that I seem to have a lot to say! Yeah, fitting name for my blog, huh?
i just came by your mother in law's place and i came with bells ringing and many smiles and hugs all around to wish you many, many more wonderful yrs with that great woman you choose as your wife..she is loving and compassionate, fun and sweet, cute as hell and sexy, smart and talented..and you, you make her dreams come true for you are her prince and you make her happy..so congrats to two people who truly respect and love one another..in our world, now or ever, it is never any small accomplishment..God Bless you..
Diesel, you prompted us to look her up. We've never watched that show. We do have cable TV for the first time in our kids lives (I know, we're hippies), acquired recently, but mostly use it to watch stuff on "On Demand"-- regular shows that are made available like reruns without commercials, for the uninitiated. Commercials make us want to throw ourselves out of our second story windows.
However, I am a staunch football fan, expecially college ball, and that is where I get sucked into the tube. We are so many things...
OC, if the six comment was comparing our ranks with Brady Bunch, it's kind of like adjusting for inflation. Families of five or six (we do have a wee one now) are kind of the equivalent of a family of 8 or 10 years ago. I think.
Sar! Thanks so much for your well wishing. We'll have to drop in at your party! Peace! T
We have an eclectic life, running a design company, a screen print shop, a philanthropic interest and I teach part time in two art departments. We have three kids at home, one that we are in the process of adopting. With all of that in tow, there really is ne'er a dull moment.

Eeeeek! Help me!
Oh man,
Cindra, you are a brave woman.
:p
Looks like FUN!
Cindra looks rather like she's wondering if it's too late to change her mind. I am sure am glad she didn't. You make a great addition to our family.
Happy Anniversary!
Hey, they're giving you a bit of a ribbing over at Doug's. And, being a contest kind of guy, you might want to stop by Minka's on Thursdays.
That's a fantastic photo. The look on Cindra's face says it all. Happy forth!

Happy Anniversary. Cindra, I bet you're the wackiest one of the bunch. Great picture.

I can see why you have a site for rhetoric, Tom.

Glad I found my way over to wish you all a Happy Anniversary!
Tom, that picture cracks me up. How things change in four years - and how they stay the same. It's a great trip, isn't it?
Cindra reminds me of Eliot from Scrubs. Both her appearance and the slightly pained look on her face. Great pic.

Happy Anniversary!!! I can't believe I missed this! Oh I'm so going to have to toast one of my favorite blogging couples at m 11-11 bash - gotta run!

That is the best family photo, ever! Never a dull moment is right.
What a great picture. I have a feeling you all are no match for Cindra - just a feeling.
Happy Anniversary! To many more.
Peace ~ G
